Spa Policy

Cancellation Policy
A 24h cancellation notice prior to your appointment is required. The failure to notify us in the posted time will result in a 50% service fee. No-Shows will be charged for full service scheduled.

Spa Appointments
Please have your credit card or gift certificate number handy when you call to schedule your appointments. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, Checks and Cash. Arrive at 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to get checked-in. Late arrivals or interruptions do not guarantee an extension of your scheduled time.

An Oasis of Peace and Relaxation
We love kids, but KaLis Day Spa is a place where our guest come to relax and rejuvenate. Please turn off your cell phones as well.
